Construction Project Executive

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Executive to join a leading Commercial Construction firm in Greenfield, IN! 

This direct hire Construction Project Executive will have overall responsibility for this commercial business segment, including providing leadership, financial management of multiple projects, supervision of Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers, ensuring completion of project goals within deadlines and budget, ensuring quality, safety and profitability, and meeting corporate goals and strategic objectives. 

To accomplish these goals, the Construction Project Executive may establish project timelines, pursue new project opportunities, manage contracts, participate in developing labor strategy, perform and submit monthly and quarterly profit margin analysis, track productivity, oversee apprenticeship programs and additional duties/tasks as needed. 

This is an established 65+ year old company that is looking for someone to lead and grow their newer Indiana office. The Greenfield location is 7 years old, and the Construction Project Executive role will be very growth-focused. This position will initially be running around $30M work of work and be heavy on the business development front to get the team’s name out there as they continue to grow.

Salary range from $160-175,000 annually depending on experience. Full compensation package will include bonus opportunities, profit sharing, and exceptional benefits program!

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar or combination of experience and technical training
-10+ years of experience in all facets of commercial construction, including overseeing a business unit and a strong financials background
-The ability to start up and run a business unit (A big plus if you have a team to bring with you to join the office!)
-Strong Indiana connections and willingness to do business development as the office grows
